Plasmaterials Inc. provides state-of-the-art, high purity materials to meet the requirements of all kinds of thin-film applications. Plasmaterials supplies a diversified line of disposition materials and related services in this industry. It also manufactures a complete range of products for R&D and full-scale production.
To facilitate the customers and assist them in choosing the correct material or service in addition to its detailed specifications, Appiskey was assigned the task to develop an application that would cater to the needs of the customer in a simple and easy to access user interface.
Appiskey developed such an application for Plasmaterial, which not only fulfills its core objective but also gives a well-structured and automated data fill-up system that eases the selection process for its users.
The application helps the customers to convey their accurate and customized demands to the supplier and receive a precisely calculated quotation in return.
In order to establish enhanced customer support, Appiskey also incorporated a separate column for the users that enables them to ask any technical queries about the services and material directly from the supplier.
The application is available for both Android and iOS platforms.
Our client, Dale Postin, who is the President of Plasmaterials Inc. conceived the idea of this application. It is a fruit of his visionary approach to facilitate their customers in deciding and choosing the right material or service for their requirements without any hassle. His immediate concern was to bring all services and products of Plasmaterial at a glance in a neat and non-complicated interface. He also envisioned that the app would resolve any communication issues between the two parties with instant contact details collected through the sign-up and queries form, which would enable the service provider to follow-up and address the queries of the clients, giving them prompt response appropriately.
Plasmaterials manufacture a wide range of PVD materials for thin-film applications including planar sputtering targets, cylindrical sputtering targets, evaporation materials, starter sources…
This is why the wide range of materials and services offered by Plasmaterials made the customers challenging to discover the right aid for their needs with one command. Even if the customer manages to find the appropriate commodity, it would remain quite a cumbersome task to determine the right specification regarding his requirements in one glance. Moreover, making a personalized query and the steps to find the correct contact details of the company, yet remained a task at hand.
