After extensive research, multiple checkups, and repeated trials, we, at Appiskey, introduced UP KPI. This precise, highly integrated application allows users to tackle sales growth and progress in real-time.

UP KPI allows a salesperson – of any domain – to perform several activities, including Deal, Sold, Appt, Call, and more. The application comprises of Admin Panel (Web), Dealer Panel (Web), and Sales Panel (Mobile). Some essential features include:

Each salesperson is directly associated with their respective dealer and can easily carry out all tasks/activities for their customers

Only Super Admins can give dealers access to the application.

Each dealer can also monitor and track the records of their salesperson.

The points of each salesperson are automatically recorded and uploaded on the application

Challenges We Faced

  • The challenges we experienced are related to the understanding of the entire project. Since the market for such services is pretty limited, understanding the requirements of this industry was tricky initially (especially during the gathering phase).
  • Also, before this project, there was no such experience in handling an application related to dealers and salespersons management. However, we successfully gathered sufficient data and addressed the industry needs.

We Review The Solution Given By Us

Appiskey identified the need for such a platform and came up with the idea of an Andriod and iOS based application where a salesperson can conveniently execute Sold, Deal, Appt, and Call activities through a consolidated point-based system.

The salesperson with the highest points will also receive a badge from the dealer. Moreover, the application is also equipped with an additional feature where admins can track, manage, and authorities dealers and post all relevant content for salespersons.
