The solution our client wanted us to build features a web-based Admin panel, Dealer Panel, and salesperson app (Mobile). The app is intended to empower salespersons by facilitating seamless communication and efficient customer management with their respective dealers.
Dealers would gain access to comprehensive records of their salespersons' activities and performance while monitoring & tracking progress effectively. Additionally, the app would feature a user-friendly interface for Super Admins to easily add dealers to the platform, accurately track salesperson points, and maintain a robust system for performance evaluation & rewards.
The biggest challenge our team faced was grasping the intricacies of the project idea. Given the limited market availability for services focused on salespeople, understanding all the specific requirements demanded considerable time and effort. The fact that our team had no prior experience in developing solutions for the salesperson management industry, this KPI tracking app was no less than a unique endeavor.
Appiskey identified the need for such an application and came up with the idea of an Android and iOS-based application for the salespeople who will be executing relevant activities through a point-based system.
The app also enabled the salesperson with the highest points to receive a badge from the dealer. The application additionally offered a feature where the admins could create and manage dealers and post the content for the salesperson through the admin panel.

Thus, our experts created an app through which salespersons would have the ability to access and review various content shared by administrators, dealers, and fellow salespersons.
