Overview

UP –KPI Leader is an application through which the salesperson can perform their sales activities in real time.

The activities that a salesperson could perform are Selling, dealing, Appoint, and Calls. The application comprises of Admin panel (Web), Dealer Panel (Web), and salesperson app (Mobile).

Each Salesperson is associated with its respective dealer and can perform the activities for its customers.

Dealers can monitor the records of their salesperson.

Each dealer can also monitor and track the records of their salesperson.

Super Admin can add dealers to the application.

The points of the salesperson are also maintained in the app.

Challenges We Faced

The challenge we experienced is related to the understanding of the idea of the entire project. Since there is a very limited market that offers services to the Salesperson, so to understand all of the requirements of this industry was quite a big challenge initially which we faced at the time of the requirement gathering phase.

Prior to this project, there was no such experience in handling such an application related to the dealer and Salesperson management industry.

We Review The Solution Given By Us

Appiskey identified the need for such an application and came up with the idea of an Android and iOS-based application for the Sales Person who will be executing Sold, Deals, Appoint, and Call activities performed by the Salesperson through a point-based system.

The Salesperson with the highest points receives the badge from the dealer. The application is also equipped with a feature where the admins can create and manage Dealers and post the content for the salesperson through the admin panel.
